Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by Client

You may cancel any service by providing written notice to our team via email at hello@highedgemedia.com Cancellation requests must include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Service/project details
  • Reason for cancellation

Cancellation Fees May Apply:

  • Strategy/Consultation Services: No fee if cancelled 48+ hours before scheduled session. 50% charge for late cancellations.
  • Ongoing Services (SEO, PPC, etc.): Requires 30-day written notice. You remain responsible for all fees during this period.
  • Custom Creative Work (Design/Video): Non-refundable deposits (typically 30-50%) are retained to cover work completed.

Cancellation by HighEdge Media

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

  • Required information/materials aren’t provided within agreed timelines
  • There are unresolved payment issues
  • Client violates our Terms of Service

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

  • Digital Products: Unused downloadable resources may qualify for refunds within 14 days of purchase.
  • Subscription Services: Pro-rated refunds for unused portions if cancelled within first 7 days of billing cycle.
  • Service Errors: Full or partial refunds considered if we fail to deliver as outlined in your service agreement.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed creative work (logos, videos, websites)
  • Custom reports/strategies already delivered
  • Any third-party costs (ad spend, stock assets, etc.)

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error has occurred:

Include: Invoice #, service details, and supporting documentation

Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days
